The City of Bend (“City”) invites Sealed Bids for construction services for the replacement of Outback Well 3 Programmable Logic Controller (“PLC”). PLC replacement work is to take place concurrent with improvements to Outback Well 3 (contracted separately).

An optional pre-bid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams Pre-Bid Meeting Link at 10:00 AM on October 29, 2026. Statements made by City representatives at the pre-bid conference are not binding on the City unless confirmed in an addendum.
